The Ely RSC A.G.M. will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Friday 6 October at the Paradise Centre, Ely (upstairs in the bar meeting room). All are welcome to attend.

The meeting will cover business of the Artistic section only (being held as a “necessary formality” in accordance with Club Rules and requirements of FARS affiliation).

If you have any item you wish to be included on the Agenda, please pass to the Chairman or Secretary in good time before the meeting (only items on the Agenda are discussed at the A.G.M.; there is no “Any Other Business” section).

There will be no election of officers and committee members held this time around as the whole of the committee was newly elected at the E.G.M. held in February.
